Connect to RPAS via ODBC

Hi ALL
Please tell me how to connect a new source (Oracle RPAS) to BI?
Rehearsing for OC Windows. Create an ODBC link (to set up the opportunity to select the ODBC driver Oracle RPAS), specify the host IP, specify port
and get an error
[NqSError: 16001] ODBC error state: 08501 code: 2310 message: [Oracle Retail] [ODBC RPAS driver] [RPAS Client] Error TCP / IP: Resetting the connection node of the same rank

How to configure ODBC? Share your experiences, who have a connection to Rpas.
