Job Affinity - Is there a method to force one out of two 12c oms-Server to submit a job

Hi %,
I have 2 OMS (OMS1 and OMS2 one Repository DB ) and want OMS1 to submit Job1 and OMS2 to submit Job2.

Per default, Cloud Control randomly chooses either OMS 1 or OMS2 to submit Job1.
Oracle says that there is no way to build Job Affinity.

If you know a way to build the Job Affinity or if you have related infos, then please post it.
