How to Rolling back patch 10275917:R12.PER.B

Hi,

    We have applied the patch in prod which disrupted  major funtionalities. In patch backup folder I see that it has taken the back up of only hrssa.wft file.  I have moved this file to its original location and uploaded to the workflow again to resolve the issue. Please let us know the impacts of this, so that we can implement the same solution in PROD. Please give me a call as it is of high priority.
