Note pop-up is opened when we enter details button in contact center's orders tab

Hi,

When we opened customer's orders from contact center (Customer Support Resp. > Customer Management > Contact Center > Enter Customer Name > Go to Orders Tab > Choose one order and click details

And we got the following note;

The log file is: /usr/tmp/I5178069.dbg

We don't want to get this note? How can we resolve this problem?
