I've raised this thread as a discussion point for note:1498203.1 "Log In To Grid Control Console 10g or DB Control 10g and 11g within Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9 fails with "Internet Explorer cannot display this page" or with Security Certificate Error "

Microsoft have recently released a Windows Security Update patch (KB2661254) which increases the minimum certificate key length from 512 bits to 1024 bits.  This means that all applications using certificates with a key length less than 1024 bits fail to pass the Microsoft Security Certificate checks.

This means that when logging into Enterprise Manager grid control/dbconsole from certain versions of Internet Explorer this problem could be hit.
