R12.1.3 Patch 11817843 fails to generate forms ZXTRXSIM and ARXTWMAI

Hi,
We had applied p11817843_R12.PRC_PF.B_R12_vn.zip which was new generated by SR#3-6246340001.
Below two forms generated failed when applying this patch.
zx      forms/VN        ZXTRXSIM.fmx
ar      forms/VN        ARXTWMAI.fmx

We got error from adworker as following:

Compilation error on package body TX_ALLOCATION_1:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 179, column 9
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'POPULATE_ALLOCATION'
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 179, column 9
