Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Hi All,

We are in a process of upgrade of our Siebel CRM release 7.5 to release 8.1. Currently we are running our Siebel CRM 7.5 application on Windows.

we have few questions:

1.know how to do the database upgrade to Unicode
2.how to reconfigure Siebel to use Unicode

If someone could help us to provide some details , it will be much appreciated.
