While installing patch 8538228 I am getting errors not listed in the known errors for this installation Note 1056045.1

They are as follows

10 Run AutoPatch R120 CLLRIDCO.sql FAILED
11 Run AutoPatch R120 CLLRITCG.sql FAILED
