TSR Operating Results (Financial Statement Generator) Issue with Budgets Info. Same info results for

Hello Gurus,

I am using Oracle 11i.  11.5.10.2

we created a Report using the (Financial Statement Generator) and we created 2 different budgets to which we assigned control Value 1 and Control Value 2.

However, when the report completes, we get the same exact results for Column1 (Budget1) and Column2 (Budget2).

Could you please let me know what setup might be required, or id there is a known issue-bug with this report.
