Inaccurate timestamp in alert notifications

Grid Control OMS: 11.1.0.1Agent Version: 11.1.0.1
Repository DB: 11.2.0.1 (DST version 11)

The alert from Grid Console doesn't reflect DST. I got an email alert at 10:23AM with message "Occurred At=Nov 9, 2012 11:22:53 AM EST ". I observed this issue only with "Metric=Tablespace Space Used (%)  How can i resolve this issue?
