Address Book

We are in the process of upgrading from 8.1 to 9.2 and was wondering if anyone else has the need to inquire on an address book and copy it with a different address but same category code information and billing instructions as another account.  In 8.1 you could inquire on another address book and then Add your new account number to copy previous data.  I have not found a way to do that in 9.2.  Any suggestions.
