Actual Shipment date is showing wrongly

Hi,
We identified weird thing in OM dates, any ideas?

Ex:

SO was booked on 10/29/2012 10:03 AM and we shipped that line

when I query the Actual Shipment Date in OE LINES table it is showing as:10/29/2012 8:23 AM

how can it be possible? I checked in WSH NEW DELIVERIES tables as well -same date issue.
