Financial Statement Generator (FSG) report doesn't display data when I change the Curreny

Dears,

I have created FSG report. When I displayed the same with the ledger currency (SAR), the data is displayed correctly. when I change the currency to (USD), no data is retrieved.

I have installed (14173693.B and 13939904.B) patches.

My envirnoment is:

RDBMS : 11.1.0.7.0 (RAC).
Oracle Applications : 12.1.3

Did any when face this problem before and what is the solution.
