INST-08029: Unable to connect to the Database with the given credentials

I installed the Oracle Obiee 11g version 11.1.1.6.0

Whilie configuration, it connects fine to BIPLATFORM schema, but when it comes to MDS schema, I get  this error message:

INST-08029: Unable to connect to the Database with the given credentials

Both schemas have the same connect string, same password, same prefix.One connects the other doesn't.  MDS schema, created with rcu, was an existing schema ind the database, from other installs.  BIPLATFORM created with rcu for this install.


Any suggestions, ideas why one connects and the other doesn't?
