Expense Invoice fetched but not created

Hi All,

I am able to create expense report and they are getting fetched bt invoices not created in work bench..i have created employee as supplier and check marked the option in payable options and also created in expense report template and assigned the same in expense report and also created teh default payment type in payment administration..still not able to find the invoice..please give your valuable suggestions to go further.
