WMS Telnet issues

Hi Gurus

I have setup new instances (11.5.10) and found following issues. Can anyone has faced thes kind of experience, please share with me

1.The functional keys F2, F3 and up and down arrow keys are not functioning when i accessed from destop telnet(Putty telnet)
2.PO order is not found in the LOV of the PO receipts but its showing in the front end expected receipts
3.Also same receipt task is not found in the WCB
4.Sales order task is there and assigned to Employee and it is Queued, but in telnet it is not found
5.A sales order pick released it has gone to pickconfrimed directly ( Release parametes:Auto create deliveris 'Yes', Auto pick confrim='yes' and , Auto allocate ='Y' and  Plan task =N', )
