impdp KUP-11007: conversion error loading table and ORA-01403: no data found

Hi
Anybody have immediate resolution for the below please.

I'm at 11.2.0.3 on RHEL5.3. The table is having export dump is a single table containing XML data.

DB characterset : AL32UTF8
DB components are valid.
