period is not closing

dear experts,
When i go to close the oracle receivable periods. It did not let me to close the period and shows error message "some transactions are still unposted". I ran the unposted transaction item report and
run interface general ledger transfer for. each unposted date. Right now there is no unposted transaction remains but again it show same error message during period closing.
