Error compiling flexfields after applying CLL-D in R12

After applying the R12 CLL-D Patches I am getting the following error while trying to complile flexfields:

APP-FND-00854: FDFBDF: Cannot find descriptive column information

I get an exact hit on this for 11.5, note Note: 359908.1 but not for R12.  It is causing me to get the following error when trying to get into the application:

FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

Does anyone know how I can get Flexfields to compile?
