Employee Self Service page for absence

Employee Self Service page for absence is not allowing the user to enter absence when the balance is negative. It's giving a Warning like 'This absence will decrease the employee's PTO net entitlement to less than zero for one or more of their accrual plans'. From here it's not allowing to proceed to the next page. Earlier there was a hook API. Now even after removing them there is no change.

Can anybody help me out ?
