How to setup a primary nic in bonding config

 Exadata X2-2
Two nics in bond1 configuration used for data guard ,and one nic is connect to 1Gb switch,and another 100M switch. Customer want to setup the nic (connect to 1Gb switch) to be a primary nic, if it failed , the 100m nic take over the work. when the problem fixed , customer want the  1Gb nic can take over automatically.

I found one linux post which told  can add " BONDING_OPTS"  such as  " primary=eth0 updelay=1000" to ifcfg file.

Please give som advice.
