12.1.3 Maint patch 9239090 worker fails on MSDODPCODE.sql
I am applying patch 9239090 12.1.3 release update on top of 12.1.1 and worker fails with error below. I have found mutiple solutiions but none are the same and none were for this patch. I will upload worker log. Also I ran the sql select username, account_status from dba_users where username like '%OLAP%' and it returned that User OLAPSYS account status is EXPIRED & LOCKED.
