Data Exported From RPAS to External System Contains Extra Space and Number

Hi,
We have recently upgraded our RPAS to 13.2.3.28 and we are sending data from RPAS to External Auditing System, but the file which we are sending are getting rejected due to the below mentioned reason

For some measure the value is going as -0.000 this was going was -0.00 before after the upgrade we notice that there is an extra number that gets added after the decimal place

below mentioned is the script what we are using to export

 -meas \"BdCMShrC %-14.2f 0.00 %-14.2f\"

any help is highy appreciated
