migration to 11.1.0.7

As part of my upgrade to R12

I am doing the following

to move from old server (32 bit  10.2.0.5)  to new server (64 bit 11.1.0.7)

I chose to handle this with RMAN

I face a problem when trying to do use the catupgrd.sql script on the new server

it gave some error with timezone problem  it seems my 10.2.0.5 server uses DST4

any suggestions to move to DST 18 ? and will DST 18 resolve my issue ?

which patch is for DST 18 on 10.2.0.5 ?
