Double Lines

I have a combined report pivot table using 3 objects (Contact, Service Request, & a Custom Object), but the pivot table separates lines of the report (maybe because of the relationships?).  Ex:

2 separate lines.

1st line includes: The SR # (link between all objects) & Custom Object

2nd line includes The SR # & Contact

How do I combine these lines?  I tried all different types of combined analysis (negative, union all, etc).  What should I do differently?  Thanks!!
