For asynchronous cartridges, the Column START_DTS in TBL_WRK_ORD does not contain the correct start

For asynchronous cartridges, the Column START_DTS in TBL_WRK_ORD does not contain the correct start time it appears to get overwritten. How  can we get the correct start_dts (time) ?
