11.5.10 - Revenue Recognition using contingencies

 Hi AR Guru's
We have a business scenario where we need to use like below: 
1. Recognize revenue using a schedule based on acceptance date
2. For customers with Delinquent status, Recognize revenue on Cash basis.

in R12 using Revenue Management / Contingency analyzer we could configure the system to recognize revenue, Currently we are on 11.5.10 and as per user guide we could recognize revenue using contingencies..... I am not finding a window to configure Revenue management and apply contingencies. 

Could you please suggest /refer any document that i could use to configure 11.5.10 system and  use the contingencies for Revenue Recognition.
