Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Negative amount on repair estimates?

In 11.5.10, it was possible to enter a negative amount on repair estimates and save it to charges. Is this not possible with 12.1.3?
