Payment Currency different from Invoice Currency

Hi,

I'm using 12.1.3 in Venezuela and Angola, in these countries  it's usual to have invoices in one currency and Pay in another currency.

I know these functionality is not available for currencies from other countries that do no use European Monetary Union (EMU) according note 473351.1. 

There is any way to do these Payments?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
