Error Message Received trying to create Report Template

We are on EBS 11.5.10.2 Database is 11g

We received the attached error message when attempting to create a new Report Manager Template.

Error

The following eror has occurred

Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneKeyException - Invalid key value supplied.

Cause: No key was supplied

Action: Enter a valid Key. The standard is "applicationId.code".
