Issue in VO Extension with View Links in Quoting

Hi All,

Is it necessary to extend a view link too when two standard VO's using a View Link is extended. I am customizing the Print Quote Report to add new columns. For example i have two standard VO's  'HeaderVO'  and 'LinesVO' which are linked with standard ViewLink 'HeaderLinesVL'. I have extended 'HeaderVO'  and 'LinesVO'. My question is it necessary for me to extend  ViewLink 'HeaderLinesVL' also.

I appreciate all experts to show light on this.
