Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I'm not able to set the retroactive flag for volum accrual offers . Market option page is empty .

Is there is a prerequisites setup to be able to select this option
