OSM - Rule management schema

 When you install OSM 7.x.x it automatically creates two schemas. One ordermanagement schema and the other one is the order rule management schema.

Can somebody help me understand, what is stored in the order rule management schema? I never saw any transaction / meta data in those tables; so not sure what is going on there.
