How to clone oracle home binary from sever A to server B

I installed oracle 11g on sever A, server B is the same structure as server A. We copied oracle_home binary from server A to server B. I can use ORACLE_HOME on sever B to sart up database. But I fine /etc/oratab is missing. What should I do after copy the oracle_home binary?
