How can I work around this 'hardware cabability' problem when I upgrade RPAS server to 13.3.1.5

When I update from 13.2.1.17 to 13.3.1.2 it was succesful. I can execute `mace -version` succesfully. Upgrade to 13.3.1.5 then `mace -version` failed with the following message:

 ld.so.1: mace: fatal: /u01/app/mq/dev01/fl/rpas/bin/mace: hardware capability (CA_SUNW_HW_1) unsupported: 0x400  [ VIS3 ]
   Killed

Is any other special setting I should be aware of?
