How do setup a new plan with an effective date of 3/1/2013 and then going forward use the employee's
We're trying to discover how we can set up a new plan which applies to all our workforce and have batch enrollment enroll everyone with an eligibiilty date of 3/1/2013. Then, on an on going basis, have batch enrollment use the employee master participation date. Getting batch enrollment to work using the participation date is simple, but we cannot figure out how to dictate the "earliest" date to be used. For example, an employee who's participation date is 1/1/2000 should be enrolled on 3/1/2013.
