Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. during create sales order, after enter item code, order quantity, press tab, this message come up:

ONT_PRICING_ERROR (ERR_TEXT=QP_PREQ_PUB.Initialize_Constants Error: Currency can not be null)

checking at the price list, the currency code is correct set.

what can be the problem?
