Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. salary fraction is inaccurate

Hi,

oracle applications 11i. Human Resources. Human Resources Manager responsibility.NO localization.

the salary is entered as xxx.yy

Sometimes when the HR Super user tries to enter a salary e.g 1234.48. after saving the number is changed to 1234.49.

This does not happen to all salaries with fractions!!!

how can this be resolved?
