raccheck fails

Hi , I am trying to run raccheck against our single node installation and not getting very far ?

output is below !  i can manually create the dirs in the location but the script is giving below...i have checked the pdf and no mention of this in doc!

[oracle@urrtw18]/apps/R12RMAN/Tech_Rel_5.7/rac_audit_tool>> ./raccheck
