How Email Marketing - Update Status gets triggered

Hi All,

  I have seen that once the ESD services sent the emails, they trigger the web service : EmailMarketingUpdateJobStatus and it would update the wave launch to completed as per book shelf next the Email Marketing - Update Status should get triggered..

Im unable to see that this work flow is getting triggered.. How to trace this ?

I have seen that this workflow gets triggered using WF Instance monitor, i dont see any errors, but i dont see any status updates under All Contacts/Prospects and no activity gets created...

Any pointers on how to debug this issue would be welcome..
