Manually Exchange Rate in AR Transactions

Hello,
I'm using 12.1.3 and my Functional Currency is AOA. I need to create a Transaction in USD but I want to put manually the exchange rate.

How can this be done? By default I have setup Corporate to be used, but in several cases I need to put the exchange rate manually.

Can someone help me on this?
