Unable to export GL data in 11i

Hi,

We are facing a problem, when we are exporting the records as below :

Responsibility : GL All Enquiry & Reporting --> Inquiry: Account --> Show Balances --> Journal Details

Select record --> Click ‘Drilldown’  --> ‘File’ and select ‘Export’

but after fetching 65.000+ records it thows error FRM : 41839 Disk IO error .....  I have serached on google and found people suggesting to increase the temp dir disk space however there is enough space  in temp dir.

Could you please help to resolve this.

Is there any way to export 65,000+ records
