Blanket Release approval not processed correctly

Hello Friends,

Greetings for the day...!!

I have an approval limit of $200,000 USD. PO 40000237 release 15 for supplier  XYZ Corp auto approved through MRP today and it is over  $200,000 USD limit. This has never happened before. The value was of this release is $292,159.87 USD.Can someone please help why this did not flow to the next person for approval???Thanks Laksh
