Cannot move on other column with pointer / mouse in new receipt function when click New button in To

Hi All,
I have weird problem. When I click "New" button for new receipt function in Tool Bar (Java Applet windows) I cannot move on one column to another column with pointer / mouse. I must use Tab in key board to move on other column. How could this happen? What should I do?
