3500000 11.5.10.2 invalids after recompile forms & libararies - IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)

I am applying Oracle E-Business Suite critical update patches Oct - 12. I am applying patch 14321240.
In post-install patch 14321240, because our product uses 11i.PER.N --> I need apply patch 3832113.
The prerequisite patch is 11i.HR.F 2968701 which was replaced by 11i.HR.K 3500000 --> therefore, I proceed to apply patch 3500000.
After I finished all prerequisite patches, I apply this patch on DB tier then App Tier. In DB Tier, it was successful but in App Tier, it occurred error.
It could not generate the below forms successful.

au      resource        PNTAUPMT.pll
