Why IIR is not returning the same duplicate results when testing from IIR Client and Workbench when using UNICODE_ENCODING=6?

The behavior is better visualized by going ot NAME3 Workbench product and running the following strings against the out of the box PERSON_NAME purpose:

1. *Person_Name*tiger woods*Address_Part1*5050 oak st*Address_Part2**Postal_Area**Date*06/29/2007*Attribute1*cmerid@yahoo.com*Telephone_Number****

2.  *Person_Name*tiger woods*Address_Part1*5050 oak st*Address_Part2**Postal_Area**Date*04/23/2005*Attribute1*cmerid@yahoo.com*Telephone_Number****

The only difference is Date of Birth (DATE).

When running with UNICODE_ENCODING=8, a score lower than 100 is generated as expected:  84

Howdy, Stranger!
