Siebel Web Marketing: How to Cluster Web Marketing Servers for WebSurveys?

We need to run the Web marketing 24 * 7, so need to run multiple web maketing servers, so we need to make sure, when we have  new survey or update survey or  style sheet changes, these changes have to be deployed to all web marketing servers.
