How can we pay asset maintenance coset?

Hello,
When we schedule a maintenance for an asset we hold ( Asset-Maintenance- Schedule Events), then how can we pay the maintenance cost to the supplier who provides maintenance service. How does it go into Payables as an invoice. ?
