View attachments through the purchase order summary window

Hi
I would like to know why I can't open the attachments of a purchase order from the PO summary window?

The only way I can open the attached files of a PO is by opening it through the PO window and this can be done only when the PO has certain statutes (For example: if the PO is definitely closed I cannot open it, I can only see it in the summary window).

I'm looking for a way to open the attached files through the PO summary window nevertheless the status of the PO.
