Calculating Commission Amount (COMA) in F42005

Is there a way to calculate F42005/COMA - Commission Amount without going into each sales rep, order, and/or customer record using P42120 (Commission Maintenance)?  According to documentation and testing, it seems that when sales update runs, COMA is not calculated unless a user reveiews the information using P42120 and presses ENTER.  We were hoping to use the data in F42005 along with some other tables for a custom commissions calcualtion.  Is there possibly a batch job out there that will accomplish the same task?
